Miranda Lambert she’s a busy woman with a crazy successful country music career and a hunky crooner for a hubby, but Miranda Lambert still finds time and energy to help out orphaned animals.

Miranda Lambert told People that her husband Blake Shelton is okay with her tendency to bring home new pets.

"He's used to it now. At first I think he was like, 'What's going on? We have a zoo,’” explained Lambert.

She added, "We really foster. Every time I find one, we keep 'em until we can find them the right home. You kind of know what dog fits with your family. We keep 'em until we find a family they fit with."

As for their own five dogs, Miranda noted, "We feel like it's a good balance because we can give them all equal attention. I don't think we need any more for our family.”
