They’ve been dating for almost a year and now Nate Berkus is happily betrothed to boyfriend Jeremiah Brent.

According to the reality television star’s spokesperson, Nate and Jeremiah got engaged on Monday while vacationing in Peru.

Berkus and Brent were joined by some friends at Machu Picchu to celebrate the blessed news, and everyone is super excited about the upcoming wedding.

Back in 2004, Nate’s longtime partner Fernando Bengoechea was killed in the Indian Ocean tsunami. His “Nate Berkus Show” was cancelled in 2012 and since then he wrote a book called “The Things That Matter.”
