She's become a rising star in the fashion industry since her big win on Australia's "Search for a Supermodel" contest, and now Nicole Trunfio is revealing details about designing her brand new jewelry collection in the September 2013 issue of Beach magazine.

While donning designer duds from Prada and Santoni for the Justin Jay-shot spread, Nicole Trunfio dished about her modeling career and chatted about her new line.

On her love for designing jewelry:
"It was very organic, I have always had a passion for design. My first boyfriend bought me a sewing machine for my birthday, but when I was in the workshop at school I felt more at home. That is where my passion for jewelry first started; now being seasoned in the fashion industry I can use what I know and have learned along the way. I started my company a few years ago now."

On her jewelry:
"The collection is fine jewelry consisting of gold, platinum and diamonds focused around the simple but profound structure of the pyramid. I like clean, simple architectural lines and jewelry that is timeless and classic, but has a strong modern relevance. I designed jewelry that I thought would be very empowering to women and give them a voice."

her favorite things about modeling:
"The travel, meeting new people, new worlds. Meeting and working with designers one-on-one. I will never forget the first time I met Valentino... or Rick Owens, or Karl Lagerfeld. I have some great stories!"

On her five-year plan:
"Becoming more and more spiritual, learning and growing. I also just got the travel bug, I have been traveling since I was 16 for modeling, but now I want to really travel, take some time off and explore the world with a backpack and a camera."
