Paparazzo Died While Taking Photos Of Justin Bieber's Ferrari

After a paparazzo was hit by oncoming traffic and killed while trying to get photos of Justin Bieber's Ferrari, Justin spoke out. "Hopefully, this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders and the photographers themselves," Justin Bieber said in a statement. Justin Bieber was not in the car at the time of the incident. It was being driven by a singer, Lil Twist.
