Description
Even the most inexperienced cook can make these easy pork chops. They will surely be a big hit and so you will want to add them to your recipe rotation. Serve with your favorite sides.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- ⅓ c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 T. dry Italian bread crumbs
- ⅛ t. paprika
- 1 t. dried parsley
- ½ t. garlic powder
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 T. olive oil
- ¼ t. black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, parsley and garlic powder; place on a platter.
- Dredge pork chops first in the beaten eggs and then in the mixture, making sure mixture sticks; sear in a skillet of olive oil on medium-high heat. Sautee for 5 minutes on each side.
