Ingredients
Balsamic Vinaigrette:
1/4 c. white balsamic vinegar*
2 T. olive oil
2 T. vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
honey, to taste
sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Salad:
4 c. field greens
2 T. toasted pine nuts
1-2 T. dried cranberries
Goat cheese crumbles
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Balsamic Vinaigrette:
Combine the vinegar, olive oil, vegetable oil, garlic, and honey together in a bowl or jar; season with sea salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined; set aside to allow flavors to mingle.
Salad:
Place the field greens in a bowl; add the pine nuts, and dried cranberries.
Whisk the vinaigrette really well; drizzle on the salad, to taste.
Toss the salad until evenly coated in the vinaigrette; top with cheese crumbles and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve immediately.
4 servings.
*Use less vinegar if preferring a less tangy vinaigrette.
