Description
This is the perfect dessert to serve to a large crowd anytime of the year, but especially in the summer when you don't want to use your oven. It has layers of graham crackers, marshmallow fluff, Cool Whip and chocolate ganache.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- 7 oz. marshmallow fluff
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 14.4 oz. graham crackers
- marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chunks, for garnish
Steps
- Chocolate Ganache:
- Place the chocolate chips in a bowl.
- In a small saucepan, warm the heavy whipping cream until it comes to a simmer. Pour this over the chocolate. Allow it to sit for a few minutes; stir until melted and smooth. Place in refrigerator while preparing remaining ingredients.
