Description
This meal is quick and easy to prepare. The best thing is though, it's delicious, comforting and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
- 1 c. long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. onion powder
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1/4 t. dried thyme
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, optional
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the uncooked rice evenly in the bottom of a greased 9x13" baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine both soups, chicken broth, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic and onion powders, black pepper, and dried thyme; stir well.
