Description
Use canned tuna to make the perfect, easy seafood dish. With just a few more simple ingredients you'll have a healthy main dish in just a few minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 T. chopped parsley, optional
- 12 oz. can chunk light tuna in water, well drained
- 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 t. lemon juice
- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 2 T. cooking oil
Steps
- Roughly chop the parsley and green onions. Drain the canned tuna.
- Place the tuna, green onions, parsley, bread crumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, seasoned salt, and lemon juice in a bowl; mix just until evenly combined, avoiding over mixing.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions; shape each portion into a patty.
