Use canned tuna to make the perfect, easy seafood dish. With just a few more simple ingredients you'll have a healthy main dish in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

2 green onions, chopped
2 T. chopped parsley, optional
12 oz. can chunk light tuna in water, well drained
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1 large egg
2 T. mayonnaise
1 1/2 t. lemon juice
1 t. seasoned salt
2 T. cooking oil

Roughly chop the parsley and green onions. Drain the canned tuna.

Place the tuna, green onions, parsley, bread crumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, seasoned salt, and lemon juice in a bowl; mix just until evenly combined, avoiding over mixing.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions; shape each portion into a patty.

Place a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil, swirling to coat the whole surface.

Add the tuna patties; cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly crisp.

Serve warm.
