Description
Lunch is easy and delicious when you offer the ingredients to make individual sub sandwiches for each person. Each sandwich is loaded with deli meat, Provolone cheese, tomato slices, and shredded lettuce all on a bun.
Ingredients
1 submarine or hoagie bun*
3 slices deli roast beef
3 slices deli roast turkey
3 slices deli honey ham
3 slices Provolone cheese
3 slices Genoa salami, optional
4 plum tomato slices
3 rings red onion
2 T. Italian dressing
1/2 c. shredded lettuce
salt, pepper, dried oregano, optional

Slice bun in half horizontally.
Fold the sliced meats in half; place slices in threes on the bun (ham, turkey, beef); repeat until the end of the bun has been reached.
Add Provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced onion and tomato.
Season with salt, pepper, and/or dried oregano, if desired. Drizzle with Italian Dressing.
Serve.

* Any kind of bun can be used, from Italian herb and cheese, to a normal Italian bun.
