Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. cooked white rice
10.75 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Discard excess fat.

In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 c. cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Transfer mixture to a 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. cheese over the top.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot and bubbly.

Serve immediately.
