Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. cooked white rice
- 10.75 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Discard excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 c. cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
