Ingredients
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 t. lime zest
8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
9 oz. box graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lime slices, for garnish

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Beat until well combined and smooth. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until incorporated.
In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter; stir until the crumbs are well-coated and form a crumbly mixture.
In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, layer the graham cracker crumbs, followed by a layer of the key lime filling. Repeat the layers, finishing with the key lime filling on top.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight, allowing the flavors to meld and set.
Serve, garnished with lime slices, whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
