Description

Smooth cream cheese frosting with vanilla, for cakes or cupcakes. Can frost 30 cupcakes.

Ingredients

• 8 ounces softened cream cheese
• 1/4 cup softened butter
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 16 ounces confectioners’ sugar

Steps

1. Beat the cream cheese together with the butter and sour cream until light and whipped. Add in the vanilla. Slowly beat in the sugar until smooth.
