Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. broccoli florets, from 1 large head of broccoli
3 T. olive oil
2 t. garlic powder, or garlic granules
2 T. Parmesan cheese from a jar
2 T. bread crumbs
1/2 t. Kosher salt
1/4 t. black pepper
3 T. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
pinch crushed red pepper flakes, optional

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Drizzle 1 T. olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet.
Spread broccoli florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle on canned Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and remaining 2 T. olive oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle on freshly grated Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes.
Roast in the oven until golden and tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Serve immediately.
