Crush cookies in a resealable plastic bag or a bowl. Let ice cream come to room temperature soft enough to smooth with a large spoon.
Crust: Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until it looks like wet sand; press into a springform pan, pushing up the sides and on the bottom.
Add the ice cream, smoothing into the sides and holes with a big spoon.
Place it in the freezer while making the peanut butter sauce.
Sauce: Add the peanut butter, butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl; microwave for about 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval until it's all melted. Don't do it too many times or it will burn. Let cool for about 1 minute.
Remove the cake from the freezer. Spread the peanut butter sauce over the ice cream.
Place it back in the freezer allowing the first layer to get cold and set up before adding chocolate.
Once set up, drizzle on the chocolate sauce.
Top with Reese's chocolate peanut butter candies.
Place back in the freezer to finish setting up.
When ready to serve, let it sit out for 10 minutes and then unmold it.
Slice and serve.
10 servings.
