Description

These little bite-size smokies are wrapped in crescent roll dough and baked until perfectly brown. Serve them with a honey mustard dip for a delicious experience. They are the perfect appetizer to serve to a crowd or perhaps a light meal.

Ingredients

Pigs in a Blanket:
2 - 14 oz. packages cocktail franks or Lil Smokies
2 packages crescent rolls
1 1/2 T. butter, melted
Everything Bagel Seasoning or sesame seeds, for topping

Honey Mustard Dip:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. yellow mustard
3 T. honey
1 t. apple cider vinegar
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. paprika
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Unroll the crescent roll dough; separate into triangles. Cut each triangle into thirds using a pizza cutter.

Place each cocktail frank on the thickest end of a strip; roll up to the short end. Place on a baking sheet.

Brush tops with melted butter; sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning on tops.

Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Honey Mustard:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl; whisk until combined.

Serve with the Honey Mustard.
