Dee's Spanish Avocado Omelet one of the best omelet i have ever eat.
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
2 green onions, diced
1 mushroom, sliced
2 slices avocados
1. Spray hot skillet with Pam cooking spray.
2. Pour in beaten eggs.
3. Add green onions and sliced mushroom.
4. Add shredded cheese.
5. Add avocado slices.
6. Flip in half; top with salsa.
7. Plate.
