Description

This classic dressing is simple to make with just 2 ingredients, plus salt and black pepper. The "formula" is 1 part balsamic vinegar to 3 parts olive oil.

Ingredients

• Single Batch, for 3-4 servings
• 1 T. good quality balsamic vinegar
• 3 T. good quality extra virgin olive oil
• salt and black pepper, to taste
• Big Batch:
• 1/4 c. good quality balsamic vinegar
• 3/4 c. good quality olive oil
• salt and black pepper, to taste

Steps

1. Single Batch for 3-4 servings:
2. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil to a small bowl; whisk well.
3. Big Batch: Place ingredients in a jar; shake well. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
