12 oz. bag thick pretzel rods
1/2 c. butter melted and cooled slightly
1 egg white
1 t. pure vanilla extract
1 c. granulated sugar
1 T. ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl; let cool slightly to prevent curdling.
Separate the egg white from the yolk in a bowl; whisk the egg white and vanilla together into the cooled butter; set aside.
In another bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together until evenly combined.
Place the pretzel rods in a 1 gallon zip-lock bag. Pour the butter mixture over them; gently shake and mix to coat all the pretzels, trying to prevent breaking.
Add the cinnamon sugar mixture to the bag. Gently shake and mix to coat the pretzels evenly, trying to prevent breaking.
Spread the coated pretzels in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking.
Remove the pretzels from the oven; stir immediately to prevent sticking.
Let pretzels cool completely before serving.
Serve.
