Ingredients

• 12 oz. bag thick pretzel rods
• 1/2 c. butter melted and cooled slightly
• 1 egg white
• 1 t. pure vanilla extract
• 1 c. granulated sugar
• 1 T. ground cinnamon

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl; let cool slightly to prevent curdling.
3. Separate the egg white from the yolk in a bowl; whisk the egg white and vanilla together into the cooled butter; set aside.
