Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. mascarpone or cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 t. cinnamon, optional
1 1/4 c. mini-chocolate chips, divided
Cool Whip, for optional garnish

In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mascarpone or cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Gently fold in 1 c. mini-chocolate chips.

Spoon the creamy filling into the pie crust, spreading it out evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top for an extra chocolatey touch.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.

When ready to serve, add a dollop of Cool Whip to each slice, if desired.
