A fresh and easy salsa made with Shrimp and lime juice. Serves one dozen.
8 ounces salad shrimp
2 plum tomatoes (sliced)
1 medium onion (diced)
1/4 cup cilantro (minced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine together all ingredients in a large bowl.
Let chill at least one hour, covered, in fridge.
