It's that time of year when people love to snack on pumpkin seeds. But really, they are great all year round. In about 11 minutes, you can have this delicious snack made with dry roasted pumpkin seeds, caramel sauce and a bit of sea salt flakes.
Ingredients
- 14 oz. dry roasted pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 c. caramel sauce
- 1 t. sea salt flakes
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees. Grease a large cookie sheet. Do not use parchment paper.
- Spread pumpkin seeds evenly on the cookie sheet.
- Pour the caramel sauce evenly over the pumpkin seeds. If the caramel is too thick, microwave it for about 10 seconds to thin it out and make it easier to pour.
