To lose belly fat, avoid low-fat or fat-free salad dressings. Low -fat and fat -free salad dressings from the store are filled with more chemicals than they are worth, and are generally high in sugar or non-sugar (non food) sweeteners.
1/2 cu. olive Oil
1/4 cu. lemon juice
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 heaping tbl. pure unpasteurized honey
1/4 cu. fresh oregano
1 tsp. sea salt and pepper each
Combine all ingredients, mix in blender or use a hand mixer.
