1/2 cu. olive oil, extra virgin, cold pressed and stored in a dark glass bottle
1 tbl. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 tbl. honey
1 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 cu. white vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. sea alt and pepper each
Combine all ingredients with a hand mixer or blender. Store in a mason jar.
This recipe make enough dressing for 3-4 small salads. If you want enough for a week, double or triple the recipe.
