The most delicious, softest chocolate chip cookie you will ever experience!
3/4 cu. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cu.brown sugar
1/4 cu. granulated sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 cu. all-purpose flour
2 cu. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine flour and baking soda, set aside. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar and pudding mix. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Roll into 1 in. balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
