You don't have to be a camper to enjoy these delicious roasted marshmallow Kalua shots. You can have them at BBQ's and summer parties too! they have a coconut goodness and a smoky taste that everyone will love.

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. arge marshmallows
• Wooden skewers
• Melon ball scoop
• Kahlua
• Cooking spray

Steps

1. Spray wooden skewers with cooking spray before piercing marshmallows. This will allow the marshmallows to easily be removed from the skewers.
2. Pierce marshmallows and roast over an open fire. Allow marshmallows to get toasty, but not burned.Hold marshmallow near, but not inside or directly over the fire.
3. Remove (carefully) the roasted marshmallow and place marshmallow on baking sheet that was covered with parchment paper. Allow ample cool time before proceeding to next step. Roasted marshmallows should harden and be cool to the touch.
