The best homemade candy bar you will ever make!
24 oz. milk chocolate for coating
2 oz. butter
1/4 cu. condensed milk
7 oz. Marshmallow fluff
14 oz. caramel candy
1/3 cu. peanut butter
14 oz. whole peanuts
10 oz. milk chocolate for background
1 tbl. water and 4 tbl. more
Prepare a pan size 9 x 13 in. -covered with foil with foil hanging over the sides.
Dissolve the chocolate (10 oz) in a water bath and pour onto the pan covered with foil.
Put in the fridge for a few minutes.
Melt marshmallows with a tablespoon of water in a water bath.
When the marshmallow is melted, add the butter . Allow time for the butter to melt and pour in condensed milk . Cook the mixture until it is a thick paste, without lumps, simmer 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, stir. Pour the mixture over the chocolate, put back in the refrigerator.
Heat the caramel in the microwave or a double boiler with a few tablespoons of water ( about 4).
Add peanuts and mix.
Pour mixture over marshmallows, layer and spread well. Cool a few minutes and then cut into equal rectangles.
Dip each bar in melted chocolate ( the 24 oz. for the coating).
