Biscoff Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

Description
You'll get two thumbs up from everyone who tastes this delicious oatmeal. It is a little chewy, much like warm granola but it tastes similar to warm banana bread. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of Biscoff.
Ingredients
Oatmeal Ingredients:
3 cu. old fashioned rolled oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp.kosher salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cu. Biscoff Spread, melted
2 medium mashed bananas, about 2/3 cu.
3 eggs
3/4 cu. milk
Topping Ingredients:
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 cu. heavy cream
2 tbl. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp.n vanilla
2 tbl. Biscoff Spread, melted

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt the Biscoff in a glass bowl in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Stir together all the oatmeal ingredients and pour into a well-greased 9-10" square pan. Bake for 35 minutes, until a knife inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
While the oatmeal is cooling, combine the cream,the powdered sugar and the vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat until the cream forms stiff peaks. Warm the Biscoff in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Slice the oatmeal into squares and serve topped with banana slices, a small scoop of whipped cream and a drizzle of Biscoff.
