Line a baking pan or tray with waxed paper. Load your frosting gun with yogurt. If you don't own one, put yogurt in a ziplock bag, cut a corner off and use it to pipe dots.
Make small dots on the non-stick paper. Keep the the yogurt dots uniform in size so that they freeze at the same time.
Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes or until frozen. When frozen, store in a freezer-safe container.
