This healthy dish can be made in the oven or outside on the grill. It is so easy to do and tastes great too as an appetizer or as a side dish!
tomatoes, washed
garlic salt powder
parmesan cheese, grated
bread crumbs
herbs of your choice
salt and pepper
cooking spray
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. (or preheat grill)
Slice tomatoes and place on a greased baking sheet. Top with garlic, Parmesan, bread crumbs, herbs, salt and pepper.
Bake for about 10 minutes - excellent appetizer or side dish.
