Change up Taco night with this delicious recipe for Ranch Chicken Tacos. If you like Ranch Dressing, you will love these tacos!

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
• olive oil
• 1.25 oz. taco seasoning mix
• ½ cup Ranch dressing
• tortillas, hard taco shells, or prepared taco bowls
• Your choice of toppings:
• additional ranch dressing, tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, olives, avocado

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat, then add chicken pieces and cook completely. Drain.
2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning mix over the cooked chicken, but don't add any water. Stir the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until all the chicken is coated and powder coats the chicken. Add ranch dressing and stir until well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
3. Fill tortillas, taco shells or taco bowls with chicken, a little additional ranch, and toppings of your choice.
