Enjoy a great dessert and don't heat up your kitchen with these no-bake peanut butter bars. They are delicious and easy to make too!
1 cu. melted salted butter
2 cu. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cu. brown sugar
1 3/4 cu. powdered sugar
1 cu. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-11 oz. bag milk chocolate chips
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour peanut butter mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds until melted. Stir chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mixture. Spread chocolate with a spatula.
Refrigerate for one hour. Cut while bars are still cool.
