Make this simple but delicious casserole when you are expecting company, for a holiday morning when you don't have much time to make breakfast, or just for yourself anytime at all!

Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls
2 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of glass or ovenproof baking dish.

Place rolls in bottom and push dough up the sides. Place sausage over dough, then add cheese on top of sausage. Pour beaten eggs over the top. Brown; do not overcook.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes. This can be prepared day before you serve it. Don't cook until you are ready to serve. You can also just brown the meat, crumble and drain it and then put it in a ziplock bag till you are ready to make the casserole.
