Don't like broccoli? Make this healthy and beautiful side dish and you might find out that you actually like it!
2 c. broccoli, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. olive oil
1 tomato or equal amounts of cherry tomatoes, diced
1/4 c. Italian blend cheese
Wash and cut broccoli into large florets.
Preheat olive in a large pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Saute broccoli 7-8 minutes or until tender, then add tomatoes and garlic, cook 2-3 minutes or until tomatoes are hot.
Top with cheese and serve.
