Description
These sugar snap peas are much healthier because they are baked and not sauted. They take only a few minutes to prepare from start to finish. They are full of flavor and the crispiness makes them so special!
Ingredients
- 2 T. shallots, chopped
- 1 T. fresh thyme or basil, chopped
- 1 lb. sugar snap peas
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded- optional
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease large baking dish.
- Chop shallots and herbs.
- Layer sugar snap peas on baking sheet and then top with shallots and herbs. Drizzle with oil.
