Description
A very flavorful chicken salad recipe for sandwiches or you can serve it with lettuce on croissant or dollar rolls.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken (can be 20 oz. canned)
- 1 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 c. white grapes, sliced in half
- 1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
- 1-2 T. fresh parsley
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 t. curry
- 1 1/2 t. soy sauce
- Serve on croissants or dollar rolls.
Steps
- Mix all above ingredients and serve on rolls of your choice.
- **Use left-over chicken, rotisserie chicken or canned chicken.
