Mary Ann's Chicken Salad on a Croissant

Description

A very flavorful chicken salad recipe for sandwiches or you can serve it with lettuce on croissant or dollar rolls.

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked chicken (can be 20 oz. canned)
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. white grapes, sliced in half
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1-2 T. fresh parsley
3/4 t. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/4 t. curry
1 1/2 t. soy sauce

Serve on croissants or dollar rolls.
