1 c. butter, softened or at room temperature
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cream of tartar
1/2 t. salt
4 1/2 c. flour
sprinkles, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In bowl, cream together butter, oil and both sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Add in baking soda, cream of tartar and salt, mix.

Turn mixer to low, add in flour, mix until combined.

Use a small scoop to drop dough onto baking sheet. Add sprinkles now if desired.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges just start to golden.

Cool for 3 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
