Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 3/4 c. sugar
• 2 heaping t. cinnamon
• 1/2 c. oil
• 6 medium Gala or Fuji or Honey Crisp apples
• 2 c. flour
• 2 t. baking soda

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 inch pan or two 9 inch pans.
2. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and oil.
3. Peel and slice the apples, then add to mixture in bowl. Stir well to coat.
