Give your chicken wings another layer of flavor by making them on a grill instead of deep-frying them. They are healthier than fried as well. If you grill over charcoal, you are also providing a smoky flavor that cannot be achieved any other way.
1 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
2 T. red chili powder
1 t. ground red pepper
1 t. ground black pepper
1 t. cayenne pepper sauce
4 lb. chicken wings
Mix first seven ingredients together. Add in wings and coat well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill over medium-high heat and make sure your kitchen is well ventilated if doing it inside. Place wings on grill/griddle, turning every 1 1/2 minutes, getting a good charred crust all around and preventing burns. This will take about 12 minutes.
Serve with you favorite blue cheese dip!
