A spicy, hot and sour way to enjoy your favorite nuts.
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1/4 cup roasted sunflower kernels
3 T. roasted garlic vinaigrette dressing
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 t. red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix peanuts, pecans and sunflower kernels in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Spread onto cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring after 10 minutes.
