An easy way to make dinner while you sleep!
3-4 lb. roast, coated with chili powder
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup uncooked pinto beans, about peanut size
2 cans Rotel
1 cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of green chilies
2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
tortillas
Layer in order of above ingredients, except the tortillas. Put in crock pot.
12-16 hours on low. You can put it in before bedtime. Stir only when done. Stir until all meat is broken up. Serve on tortillas.
