Description
Make this easy, healthy meal with just a few ingredients. It doesn't take very long to do even in a slow-cooker. Use the Asian inspired sauce over the salmon and a side dish of rice for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- 10 oz. salmon fillets
- 1- 12 to 16 oz. pkg. frozen Asian stir fry vegetable blend
- salt
- pepper
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. honey
- 2 T. lemon juice
Steps
- Line a 1 1/2 quart crock-pot with a crock-pot liner for easy clean-up and empty frozen vegetables in it. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon on top of the vegetables.
- Mix together soy sauce, honey and lemon juice, drizzle over the salmon.
- Cover and cook on Low 2 to 3 hours.
