You and your family may think that you don't like Brussels Sprouts, but that is because you haven't tried these. Just a little oil, salt and pepper and Asiago cheese with roasted sprouts makes the difference!
2 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts
2 T. olive oil
1 t. Kosher salt
1/4 t. black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 c. Asiago cheese, freshly grated
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Lightly grease a baking pan with oil. Slice the Brussels sprouts into thin pieces, about 1/4 inch thick. Put them on the pan, spread out evenly and toss them with oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes. Stir them, then roast 2-4 minutes, until tender, lightly crisped and browned on the edges.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm.
