Base: 1 miniature Peanut Butter cup, turned upside down.
Second layer: 1 regular Peanut Butter cup, turned upside down.
Third layer: 1 miniature Peanut Butter cup, turned upside down.
Top layer: 1 Hershey Kiss, right side up.
Pipe frosting for garland and tree topper. Decorate with colored sprinkles for lights/ornaments.
