Description

Make this amazing recipe for overnight guests, for your large family, or for a holiday morning breakfast. It is so easy and delicious meal for breakfast, brunch or even dinner.

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1- 16 oz Pillsbury flaky refrigerated breakfast biscuits 10 count
  • 4 scallions or green onions
  • 2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • cooked center cut bacon or cooked sausage, ham, turkey sausage/bacon (5-6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped ... 6 breakfast sausages, cooked and chopped ... 1 cup diced cooked ham)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large 9x13 baking casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cut each biscuit into fours and add it to the bowl. Do this before you cook the bacon or cut up the scallions – give the biscuits some time to really soak in the eggs.
  3. Cut up green onions/scallions, shred cheese, cook and break up bacon (or sausage). Add everything to the bowl. Add only half the cheese, use the rest for the top.
