A great side dish with your favorite meat dish.
2 2/3 cup precooked rice, like Minute Rice
4 T. oil
3 small cans mushrooms, drained
green onions, cleaned and chopped
2 cans beef consomme, undiluted
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 t. salt
Combine ingredients, mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until liquid is well absorbed. Don't stir.
