A warm appetizer with a little kick.
2 eggs
2 T. milk
salt to taste
1 can chopped, green chilies
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
butter
Club or Waverly crackers
Butter an 8x8 baking dish. Spread chilies in bottom of the pan. Beat eggs, milk and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle cheese over eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut and serve on crackers.
