Ingredients
1 c. chopped frozen spinach, thawed
1 1/2 c. chopped frozen artichoke hearts, thawed or marinated in a jar or can
6 oz. cream cheese or less fat version
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese like Kraft
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. garlic powder

Boil the spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Heat cream cheese in microwave safe dish for 1 minute or until hot and soft. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and serve hot.
Serve with crackers,tortilla chips, chunks of crusty bread or veggies.
(If using artichokes in a can or a jar, there is no need to boil them.)
