Baileys Irish Cream Fudge in the Microwave

Description

This is yummy adult dessert made with Baileys Irish Cream. If you want to make this fudge with alcohol, just substitute milk for the Baileys.

Ingredients

14 oz. Condensed milk
1/3 lb. butter
1 1/4 c. icing sugar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 t. vanilla
2 T. Baileys Irish Cream

In a very large microwaveable bowl, add and mix the Condensed milk, butter and sugars. If you have a 900 watt microwave oven, cook on full power for 9 minutes and stir every 3 minutes.Adjust times for different watt microwaves.

When finished cooking, add the vanilla extract and the Baileys. Beat until it looks smooth and glossy.

Transfer into a 9 inch greased and parchment lined square pan to cool. Once cooled to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator to finish setting.

Cut into squares. Serve.
