Description
This is yummy adult dessert made with Baileys Irish Cream. If you want to make this fudge with alcohol, just substitute milk for the Baileys.
Ingredients
- 14 oz. Condensed milk
- 1/3 lb. butter
- 1 1/4 c. icing sugar
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla
- 2 T. Baileys Irish Cream
Steps
- In a very large microwaveable bowl, add and mix the Condensed milk, butter and sugars. If you have a 900 watt microwave oven, cook on full power for 9 minutes and stir every 3 minutes.Adjust times for different watt microwaves.
- When finished cooking, add the vanilla extract and the Baileys. Beat until it looks smooth and glossy.
- Transfer into a 9 inch greased and parchment lined square pan to cool. Once cooled to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator to finish setting.
