This is similar to Watergate Salad, but instead of Pistachio Pudding, Cheesecake pudding is used and cherry pie filling is mixed in with it.
1-15.5 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1-3.4 oz. box cheesecake Jell-O pudding mix
1-21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1-8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
In a medium bowl, combine undrained pineapple with the cheesecake pudding mix. Stir until well-combined. Stir in cherry pie filling. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
If you like, you can always add in a few chopped walnuts or pecans.
Garnish with a few of the cherries from the cherry pie filling, if desired.
